Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is authorized and confirmed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at that time without restocking fees.

If your order is in the "pending" stage and the payment has not been authorized, you are free to cancel it with no fees.

Did my payment go through?

After placing an order, you payment is marked at "pending" so no money is taken out of your account. Once we verify that we can complete your order, we then mark the payment as "authorized" which then the payment officially goes through.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Shipping and Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only to the United States. We are able to ship to other countries if we are contacted directly first. Please note, shipping to other countries has severe delays at customs and we are unable to accept returns.

What is the handling time on my order?

Each company we order from is different.

  • Amerfit - usually 1-2 business days
  • Amerock - usually 1-2 business days
  • Hickory/Keeler - usually 2-4 business days
  • Our warehouse - usually 1 business day

What shipping services do you use?

We ships via USPS in most cases. Amerock orders ship via UPS.

If you need a specific shipping service, please write us directly or put it in your order comments.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard handling times can take 1-4 business days depending on the brand of product ordered. Once the package leaves the warehouse, standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days once the package leaves the warehouse. We do not do expedited shipping unless contacted directly. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated when contacted directly).

Returns and Refunds

How long do I have to return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days of date on receipt.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the return package is received, your refund will be issued. It may take 5-7 business to show back on your card/bank account.
